Group Tours for Solo Travelers: 12 Reasons Why Solo Travelers Should do Group Trips

Chichen Itza at sunrise. Location: Yucatan, Mexico

It’s safer to travel in a group vs solo

You get access to insider &/or expert knowledge

It can be less expensive

You’ll have more opportunities to learn

Everything is taken care of & the itinerary is expertly planned

You’ll meet new people who share the same interests & join a supportive community

You can balance free time & scheduled activity

It’s a much less stressful travel experience

You’ll enjoy memorable and sometimes even exclusive experiences

You’ll be better prepared for future solo trips

Your confidence in yourself will soar

You’ll no longer say “I have no one to go with!”

Even if you never join one of my own group trips, I hope this post has inspired you to join at least one group trip for solo travelers! I will always love solo travel and I’m not stopping that anytime soon, but group trips have a special place in my heart, and I would LOVE to experience a bucket-list destination with you – join one of my upcoming trips here! Have any questions about this post, group travel, or solo travel in general? Leave me a comment below!
