I went apple picking as part of my fall adventures last year and I jokingly took this image - and then of course had to give it a full edit to match the Twilight cover.
It only took about 3 minutes which I've sped up to 10 seconds (and now that I've done it once it would probably just take a minute!).
Photoshop is basically Lightroom's intimidating older cousin but secretly she's a total sweetheart (ie once you get the hang of it it's actually pretty easy to use!).
All it takes is creating a selection for the apple (which with photoshop's selection and AI tools it's SO easy). Inverting the selection (everything but the apple). Convert that selection to black-and-white. I also darkened it for more contrast, and then created a second selection for the backdrop (again, easy to select "subject" and then invert it). The easiest thing to do then is just to paint the color black all over to get rid of the backdrop. Then you're done!

Hire a photographer or bring a camera with a flash - would highly recommend making sure you get cool girl shots like this!

I just spent a week in Ireland which officially marks my fourth trip to this beautiful island (!).

I just wrapped up my fourth trip to Ireland and it is definitely not the last time I will be here!
Last time I spent a month road tripping around the entire island (incredible) and this time I spent it with an group of girls (amazing).
And every time I'm here I seriously wonder how tf do I move here 😂

There's a train in West Virginia that takes you through an autumn wonderland - and you NEED to ride it at least once in your life!
This is the 📍 Cass Scenic Railroad in Pocahontas County. The train ride lasts around 5 hours and takes you up to Bald Knob, the third highest peak in West Virginia.
Tickets are quite expensive, starting at $85, but the views are truly so magical that I think it was absolutely worth doing it!
So make sure to add this to your fall bucket list asap!!! 🍁
